John Lovett - Celebrant

My name is John Lovett, I am an Authorised Marriage Celebrant, and General Celebrant, performing a range of ceremonies including: Marriage Ceremonies, Renewal of Vows, Commitment Ceremonies, Naming Ceremonies and Funerals.

I live in the Redlands area of Brisbane and I am available to travel anywhere in South East Queensland for your ceremony.

There are many Celebrants in the market today looking for your business and it’s important that you select a celebrant that you feel comfortable with.

I have worked in a customer service environment for the whole of my working life and have a passion for providing quality customer service. I have a relaxed, friendly manner and I enjoy working with couples to create their ideal and meaningful ceremony. Remember it is your day and the ceremony should be, as you want it. I am there to facilitate and make the ceremony stress free and one you can look back on with fond memories.

Weddings

From start to finish I am there to assist you. I am happy to visit you in your home. I will guide you through a ceremony and make suggestion always remembering that it is your wedding day, not mine, and so I give you the freedom to have a ceremony that you want, being mindful of the legal requirements.

I provide you with my “Wedding Ceremony Options” which gives you a selection of words for each segment of the ceremony. You can then make your choices from these unless you wish to become more involved, in which case I will continue to assist you writing your own words.

I complete your legal documentation, and on your special day all you have to do is “turn up” as I will guide you through every stage with a professional sound system that will ensure all your guests hear every word. You do not have to remember any words, unless of course you want to say your vows unaided. You don’t even have to remember your name, as I will prompt you at the appropriate time.

I am sure you will find that my fees are both reasonable and competitive. If you are looking for a less expensive option ask me about my “Registry Office” style ceremony.
